Red leader to business leader

I joined the RAF straight from school in 1984 and did my first tour as a flying instructor. At 22 I became part of the jet provost display team. I then spent six years in Germany flying and displaying [BAE Systems] Harriers and in 19961 became part of the Red Arrows display team. After three years with the Reds I had a staff appointment in Strike Command before going back to lead the Red Arrows. After that I was promoted to Wing Commander amd led No IV squadron (Harriers) in Afghanistan. I left the RAF in March 2006.
