"Journal Literature" lists recently published law review and other legal periodical articles. Within subject-matter categories, entries are listed alphabetically by author or title. Articles are listed first, followed by comments, notes, symposia, surveys, and bibliographies. Citation form generally follows A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). Readers should contact their law librarian or local law library for copies of articles listed in the "Journal Literature" section.
