read up about the company or organisation before you go there (newspaper coverage, what business they're in, how they're doing: it's amazing how many people don't do this!) be late (but if you do get unavoidably held up make sure you've got a phone number where you can alert them as soon as possible) think beforehand of questions you're likely to be asked so you can be prepared (interviewing isn't rocket science: most of the things they'll ask you are pretty predictable, you know) be over-rehearsed (a bit of spark and spontaneity will help your winning personality shine forth).
