Cal., No. 2:07cv2320, 1/21/09).rnJudge Garland Burrell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California granted partial summary judgment for plaintiffs Arc Ecology, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and others, finding the Maritime Administration liable for discharging toxic pollutants from a fleet of obsolete vessels into Suisun Bay.
