An Indiana federal court must revisit its finding that remediation liability for an Indiana site should be apportioned among multiple companies as potentially responsible parties, theSeventh Circuit ruled.The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana approached the question of whether harm caused by PRP’s was divisible too generally, according to the U.S. Court of Appeals forthe Seventh Circuit.
