Public trust in global companies, as well as national governments and the United Nations, is at an unprecedented low. That is according to the latest World Economic Forum bi-annual global public opinion poll on trust. This is a survey based on more than 20,000 interviews with people from 20 different countries. Respondents were asked how much they trust institutions to "operate in the best interests of our society".
