1. Luca and Guido Belgiorno-Nettis have stepped down as directors of Transfield Services. Guido is a civil engineer while Luca is an architect. Guido Belgiorno-Nettis was managing director of Transfield from 1999 to 2007. His brother was associate managing director. They are sons of Franco Belgiorno-Nettis, who co-founded Transfield. They remain executive directors of Transfield Holdings. Their representation on the board of Transfield Services will be taken over by Roy McKelvie, chief executive of Transfield Holdings.
