The first cohort of 14 project professionals from the infrastructure, oil and gas, telecommunications, construction and banking and finance industries recently joined the Executive Leadership in Major Projects (ELMP) program at the John Grill Centre, The University of Sydney. Engineers Australia magazine took the opportunity to hold a Q&A with the centre's executive director Marc Vogts about the program, the need for better project leadership in Australia and the value of forums such as the Mastering Complex Projects event at the recent Convention 2014.
