The recent strong increases in prices for reinforced concrete bar may be coming to anend. ENR's 20-city average price for grade-60 rebar jumped 1.3% in June and is 10.5% above a year ago. Rebar prices reported by Washington, D.C.-based IHS Global Insight were up 12.7% in the first quarter of this year,rnand the firm estimates prices will rise another 11.8% in the second quarter.
