John Rinard has joined Denver-based CH2M Hill Cos. as a senior vice president and director of international infrastructure development, the company confirms to ENR. Most recently, he was a senior vice president and director of major programs at AECOM, where he also served as project director of that firm's Australia Pty. Ltd. unit and as chief operating officer of its AECOM Libya unit. CH2M Mill also has hired Susan Martinovich, former director of the Nevada Dept. of Transportation, as vice president and director of its North America highway-bridge business.
