Does motivation matter? The influence of the agency perspective on temporary agency workers

摘要

Purpose-Based on agency perspective on temporary agency workers, the purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between firms' agency problems and agency cost on agency workers; moreover, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation are considered in seeking to understand howtheymoderate this relationship.
