The 01005-size miniature MLCC measures 0.40 ± 0.02 (1) × 0.20 ± 0.02 (w) × 0.10 ± 0.04 (t), a 45% area reduction and 30% volume reduction over 0201-size products, making it the current smallest size in the industry. The capacitor's small size is important for PCBs in space-conscious applications such as in PA and front-end modules, IC packaging, and mobile phones. Part of the 0101 Series, the miniature MLCC provides nominal capacitance ratings of 1.0 to 22 pF and a rated voltage of 16 V in NPO (COG) dielectric, with an operating temperature range of -55° to 125℃.
