PURPOSE: An outer electrode forming device is provided to miniaturize a MLCC chip by using a drum roll and a metal thin film deposition part.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of green sticks(200) are attached to the outer circumference of a drum roll(100). A rotary shaft(110) is perpendicularly installed in the central part of the drum roll. The rotary shaft rotates the drum roll.
