The Handysize market is expected to be shaky in June on account of weak sentiments for minor bulk trade such as nickel, chrome and steel, but the strengthening soybean trade might provide some respite. May was not good for the Handysize segment, but the decline was less in the BHSI, which only fell 9% compared with April. However, the charter rates remain more sluggish in the North Pacific.
