摘要

Comparative analysis of genome structure of modern polyploids and their ancestors is important for our understanding of the process of speciation as polyp-loidy and interspecific hybridization are considered to be the factors underlying plant evolution. Rapeseed (Brassica napus L. AACC, 2n = 38) is a valuable crop and a natural allopolyploid species. The genome of natural B. napus formed by spontaneous hybridization of Brassica oleracea L. (CC, 2n = 18) and Brassica rapa L. (AA, 2n = 20) followed by dip-loidization. A and C subgenomes of B. napus are closely related.
