Audio-Technica's BP4027 stereo shotgun microphone is designed for high-end production and broadcast applications. It incorporates independent line-cardioid and figure-eight elements in a mid-side arrangement with switch-selectable internal matrixing to provide two left/right stereo modes (wide or narrow). The microphone features a sleek black color scheme and its low weight (5 ounces) makes it perfect for on-camera applications. A 24-inch breakout cable with a 5-pin XLR and two conventional 3-pin XLR connectors is included with the BP4027. It accepts phantom power sources ranging from 11 to 52 VDC and has an output impedance of 200 ohms.
