摘要

In this paper, nano ZnO gas sensing materials and sensors are designed and fabricated by hydrothermal method. Focus on the selectivity problem of metal oxide gas sensors, a novel dynamic temperature modulation test method is proposed, and six quintessential VOCs gas response characteristics are investigated based on the optimized trapezoidal wave. The results can propose a technical basis for the accurate sensing device at the front of the artificial intelligence industry.
