The present invention relates to a gas sensor capable of selectively sensing a specific gas. The gas sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a zinc oxide nanowire on which a metal nano-particle is arranged on the surface thereof. The metal nano-particle is at least one of gold (Au), platinum (Pt), and palladium (Pd), and selectively acts on carbon dioxide gas, toluene gas, and benzene gas, respectively.
