A65-year-old man presented with a bluish-black coloured interconnected lesion in his oralcavity involving thelabial gingivaand vestibuleandhard palate. [Figure 1] Slight lesionalelevationwas noted on the palataland labial gingiva, blendingwith adjacentmucosain labial vestibule. It wasnontender,could not bescraped offand thesurface was rough on palpation. Histopathologicalreport revealed acompound nevus with epidermalnevuscellsand underlying dermalconnectivetissue.{Figure 1}Intraorallesions ofcompound neviarerareand occuras smallmacules (usually 2–3 mm). The widespread presentation ofthis lesion isa notablecharacteristic.
