Wine Ratings

Wine ratings are extremely important for the wine industry but, nowadays, they have flourished to the extent that they complicate wine merchants', stores' and consumers' decisions. There is, thus, an increasing need to compromise among them. This paper explores alternative ways to do so, inspired by contributions in political science, social choice, game theory and operations research. We apply our methods to rank 2018 enprimeur Bordeaux wines, rated by five international experts.
