Problems of English Language Instruction in Primary in Turkey and Their Suggestions

The main issue of this study can be expressed in a single sentence as follows: “What are the issues currently faced in English teaching in primary educational level in our country and how solutions can be offered?” The purpose of this study is to identify the problems encountered in foreign language teaching (English) in today's Turkey in primary educational level, and to answer the questions surrounding the issue as to how to evolve solution suggestions.
