摘要

This study was concerned with the relationship between dominant brain hemisphere and leadership style. Statistical population included 72 active senior and junior managers of Shiraz University of medical sciences and the whole statistical population were studied. Two kinds of questionnaires were used. Questionnaire for dominant brain hemisphere and questionnaire for leadershipstyle. Research finding were as follows: There is no significant relationship between dominant brain hemisphere and leadership style on task related style. No significant relationship was found between dominant brain hemisphere and manager seniority.
