Blood Detection in Biomedical Images using a Software Analysis

摘要

The article focuses on the problematics of the biomedical data analysis, precisely the data from the capsular endoscopy. This paper looks into the solving of the problem with detection of blood, which can be found in the small intestine. The author concentrates on the possibilities of blood detection using the computer vision and consequently, designs and implements the software which is able to detect blood. With this solution, sufficient results have been achieved. This method can be used for simpler control of data from cameras.
