The Hypolipidemic Effects of Flos Sophorae Powder on Hyperlipemia Rats

Objective: To investigate the hypolipidemic effect of Sophora powder on hyperlipemia Rats. Method: Established by feeding high fat diet and fed the fat emulsion complex factors molding hyperlipidemia model rats fed while modeling appropriate drugs 21d, observation of large, medium and small doses of powder for high Huaihua hyperlipidemia model rats body weight, serum TC, TG, HDLC, LDLC, liver homogenates TC, TG content and hepatic pathology tissue morphology. Result: Hyperlipidemia Rats successful model. Large, medium and small dose of Huaihua powder group can significantly increase the weight of fat lipids in rats (P&0.01), could significantly reduce the fat lipids in rat liver index (P&0.01, P&0.05), can significantly reduce serum TC, TG and LDLC levels (P&0.01), significantly increased HDLC levels (P&0.01), significantly decreased in liver homogenates TC TG level (P&0.01), can be significantly reduced liver pathology change (P&0.01, P&0.05).Conclusion: Flos Sophorae powder can effectively regulate lipid metabolism, has certain therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia.
