Primary Investigation on Development Patterns from Nanyang Supervision Enterprises to Project Management Enterprises

摘要

This article combines with the theory of project management, analyze the significance, development modes and the corresponding organization structure form of Nanyang supervision enterprises developing into project management enterprises， comes up with ways of development from supervision enterprises to project management enterprises and implementation effect. Research of this article have provided powerful theoretical support for supervision enterprises both in Nanyang and corresponding regional city in Henan of developing into project management enterprises.
