My wife and I are in flight from Houston to Minneapolis for the 20th ASEP meeting. While in the sky looking down at the land, trees, and lakes, it occurred to me that the roads and houses are always constant in size and shape, but changing as well. I realize what I just said is a contradiction, but it is the same with the American Society of Exercise Physiologists. It is a small organization that is essentially the same in membership as it was 5 years ago, yet it is changing too.
