The present invention relates to a capability and reputation management system for releasing asymmetry of industry-academia cooperation information, which comprises: a human resource management module managing a database of businesses, students, and industry-academia cooperation information; a counter partner management module, which has a function of managing a letter of self-introduction for the businesses to retrieve information of the students during mentoring or social dinning activities, connects departments of the businesses and departments of universities, manages reputation between the businesses and the students through the mentoring or social dining activities, and manages activities such as coming up with ideas, figuring out user needs, performing user tests, and promoting businesses, which are required for businesses, as one project to manage reputation of the businesses; and a database storing various pieces of information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
