PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable visual confirmation of geographical disposition of a thesis author, an applicant and an inventor as a result of a search conducted while setting a condition as to bibliographic information and enterprise information of a thesis or a patent.SOLUTION: A supposed inquiry content is transmitted from a client 1 while employing, as a parameter, a query description of an SQL level and knowledge/geographical information server 3 enables replies in which all supposed combinations are possible. A user can confirm geographical disposition of applicants and inventors by means of combinations of necessary conditions, whereby various suppositions as to conditions or organization methods for a policy or technology management can be subjected to a trial.
