This article examines the question of improvement of psychological and pedagogical training of the teacher of physical culture. The theoretical and methodological bases of communicational culture were grounded there. In this article were systematized the factors, which determine the effectiveness of formation the communicational culture of the teacher with consideration of his professional activity.
