摘要

In the article the author defines the role and importance of scientific-methodical work of teachers, in particular specialists of physical training in the system of their continuous training. On the basis of sociological questioning (poll, testing, conversation) of physical training teachers, their attitude to this particular activity is defined. For regional institutes after degree education formation of system of innovational activity should be connected to system of architecture of research work. This creation of effective mechanisms of scientific management by experimental operation of teachers, an establishment of close cooperation with higher educational institutions and research institutes.
