Professional and Personal Qualities of Teachers in Subjects and Features of their Formation by Means of Professional Applied Physical Preparation

The article is devoted to the researches of professional and personal qualities of subject teachers necessary for high-quality professional activity. Basic attention is accented on meaningfulness of the professionally applied physical preparation (PAPP) in this process. Necessity of such personal qualities is underlined: oratorical abilities, artistry of a nature, wit, vivacity, a gaiety, sociability. Readiness for comprehension of a mental state of the pupil, empathy is especially important. Necessity of such professional qualities is underlined: a pedagogical step, skill to plan work, professional skills and skill, insistence.
