The future function of the specialist in physical education and sports presupposes the formation of managerial competence during the process of professional education, which will allow more efficient using of intellectual, creative and physical potential in the contemporary conditions of work, functioning professionally on the background of high level of professional and personal qualities, in the process and human resources control.
