“Media Production Techniques” (MPT) is a three-hour, 200-level introductory course in the college of liberal arts in a communication program. Two to three sections are offered in fall and spring semesters. Enrollment ranges from 15-20 students. The course takes place in a computer lab on campus, and due to the space, the maximum amount of students that can enroll is 20. The class meets either three times a week for 50 minutes each or twice a week for an hour and fifteen minutes each. The class is run by either a professor or teaching assistant.
