泡沫硬化剂注射治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的护理

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with varicose veins of lower extremity treated by foam sclerotherapy. Methods A total of 46 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity were assigned to the study group and control according to the admission sequence, with 23 cases in each group. Both two groups received foam sclerotherapy and routine nursing care, and the study group was applied with comprehensive nursing interventions. The activities of daily living, length of stay and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of activities of daily living was 95.7%(22/23)in the study group and was 65.2%(15/23)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). Patients in the study group had shorter length of stay and higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those in the control group, with significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions can improve the rehabilitation and satisfaction degree of patients with varicose veins of lower extremity treated by foam sclerotherapy.
