：Objective To investigate the effect of bundled interventions in the prevention of incontinence associated dermatitis(IAD)in ICU patients. Methods 〓Totally 354 patients who received ICU treatment and routine care between January and December 2017 were included as the control group, another 363 patients who received ICU treatment and bundled interventions between January and December 2018 were recruited as the observation group. The incidence of IAD and severity of IAD were compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of IAD in the study group was 4.13%(15/363), which was lower than 10.45%(37/354)in the control group(P0.05). There were fewer patients with moderate-severe IAD in the study group than that the control group(1.10% vs. 7.06%, P0.05). The incidence of IAD accompanied by fungal infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(0.83% vs. 3.11%, P0.05). Conclusion 〓The bundled interventions are potentially effective to reduce the risk of IAD and severity of IAD in ICU patients.
