Abstract：This paper summarized the nursing experience of 47 cases homeless patients in the emergency department between July 2017 and December 2017. A set of interventions were carried out such as enhancement of emergency admission, establishment of first-aid green channel, standardization of patient handover, risk management and strengthening training of nurses. More efforts should be made to improve the nursing management of homeless patients, in order to meet the needs of the society.
