人性化护理在妇产科围手术期感染预防中的应用

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of peopleoriented nursing in prevention of infection during the perioperative period among gynaecologic and obstetric patients. Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing gynecologic surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing care during perioperative period, and the observation group was applied with the peopleoriented nursing interventions. The satisfaction to nursing service and incidence of infection were compared between two groups. Secondary outcomes included the ambulation time after surgery, length of stay and body temperature recovery time. Results  Patients in the observation group received higher nursing satisfaction rate and lower incidence of infection compared with those of controls (P＜0.05). The ambulation time after surgery, length of stay and body temperature recovery time was shorter in the observation group than that of the controls (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Conclusion Application of peopleoriented nursing is potentially effective to prevent the infection and improve the nursing satisfaction rate in patients with gynecologic surgery.
