Management of Expenses for Quality of the Educational Product of University

摘要

A task statement and a concept of solution of GEFCom2012 (USA) problem are considered as a contribution. The aspects of solution including (i) methods of correlation-spectral analysis and rank analysis for multidimensional stochastic processes, (ii) identification and forecasting of multidimensional stochastic systems are proposed.
