> face="Verdana" size="2">Aim. We present a qualitative research whose goal was to determine the perceptions of a group of nurses about their professional learning process. Materials and methods. We used a text analysis methodology that combined contingency analysis and Pathfinder Associative Networks. Results and conclusions. The results indicate that the most important thing in professional learning is the personal relationship and the help of other colleagues, not only during practice, but also during initial training.
