SYNTHESIS OF FLEXIBLE 4-BAR LINKAGE CONSIDERING DEFORMATION

摘要

In this paper synthesis of flexible 4-bar linkage with deformation is studied. Due to joint force deformation of the pin connecting the input link and coupler link and the coupler and output link are calculated considering bending and Hertzian contact stress. Deviation of coupler curve due to deformation is computed. Optimization algorithm is used to reduce the deviation between the path considering deformation and without considering deformation.
