摘要

Photopolymerization of urethane acrylate (PUA) containing solution-processable dibutyl-substitutedpoly(3,4-propylenedioxythiophene) (Poly(ProDotBu2)) was applied on Q235 carbon steel. Thecorrosion resistance of as-prepared composite coatings with various contents of Poly(ProDotBu2) wasstudied by electrochemical techniques including open-circuit potential (OCP), potentiodynamicpolarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It was observed that thePUA/Poly(ProDotBu2) composite coatings exhibited an excellent corrosion resistance and barrierproperties in comparison with pure PUA coating.
