Introduction & Aims: Popliteal cyst is a common disease with highrecurrence rate. The associated intra-articular pathology and the unidirectional valvular mechanism of the capsular fold play the key roles. Wedeveloped a modified arthroscopic treatment technique for popliteal cystby using a figure-of-four position and double posteromedial portals.
