Disability is an issue of concern forpolicymakers across the world. In terms ofhuman resource practices and disabilityresearch, much has been done regardingfactors relating to employability andemployment prospects of people withdisabilities. Not as much research hasfocused on human resource practices thatenable people with disabilities to achievetheir potential within organisations.Specifically, more attention is focused onjob access and accommodation of peoplewith disabilities but not on treatment onceon the job.
