摘要

We developed a novel non-transgenic mouse model of vas- cular cognitive impairment (VCI), by feeding chronic cerebral hypoperfusion mice with diet deficient in folate, B6, and B12 and supplemented with excess methionine. Resting-state functional connectivity (rs-fc) map, is commonly used to assess brain function. In this study, we used the Laser Speckle Contrast Imaging (LSCI) to map rs-fc based on cerebral blood flow (CBF) dynamics. Tem- poral synchrony between regional cerebral blood flow (CBF) were analyzed for both the control and VCI model group mice.
