The Introduction is lengthy, and I believe some of the paragraphs could be moved to the patients and methods section andthe discussion as they are well written. The paragraphs startingwith ‘Tibblin … ’ and finishing with ....recurrent laryngeal nerveinjury [4]' should be moved to the discussion. And the paragraphstarting with ‘IOPTH use … ’ should be moved to the methodssection.
