Universal Scientific Education and Research Network (USERN): To Make the Knowledge Without Borders

Universal Scientific Education and ResearchNetwork (USERN) was formed in early 2015, foradvancement of authentic, ethical and professionalscientific research and education and consequentlyadvancement of science for non-military purposes andpublic good. The establishment of USERN wasofficially announced on Dec 31st in the 1st Meeting of anumber of top one percent scientists in Tehran, Iran(1,2). USERN envisions a reliable network ofuniversally validated resources, including ideas,facilities, human, financial and educational resources inorder to launch and facilitate authentic, ethical andprofessional scientific research intended to improvehuman life.
