I have been group technical manager at Wyke Farms since 1997, but I have always worked in the dairy industry. Before I worked here, I ran Lord Waldegrave's estate at Chewton Mendip, which includes a dairy that is popular with tourists. Before that I worked at Cricket St Thomas Dairies, Unigate and St lvel. Wyke is not a big company. It is still family owned and run, so it has a tight-knit management team and I get involved in more than you might expect a technical manager to.
