The 2014 International Cheese Technology Exposition (ICTE) will bring together cheese manufacturers and suppliers from the United States and around the world. The ICTE puts the spotlight on full-scale equipment, ingredients and technology through seminars and an exhibit hall, with evening social affairs including the World Championship Cheese Contest. The biennial event is hosted by the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research and Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. The Expo takes place at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee. An opening reception welcomes attendees on Tuesday evening, April 22. Saputo CEO Lino Saputo Jr., kicks off Wednesday's events with an opening address.
