A conformance test method for Home Bus System (HBS)

摘要

Revised evaluation criteria and an evaluation test procedure have been specified for HBS conformance testing (CT) on the basis of the results of previous experiments. A standard interface unit (IFU), an IFU test device, and a standard transmission medium system have also been developed. A system experiment that was conducted to verify the usefulness of the proposed CT method is reported and improvements are made in the specifications. The specific functions that a standard IFU must possess as a home automation measuring device are also defined along with the conditions that a standard transmission channel must possess.
