Entertainment company X-Leisure is suing the contractors behind its Riverside regeneration in Norwich for more than £20 million, after a new nightclub and bowling alley were found to be "not fit for purpose" and closed down.rnAccording to papers filed at London's High Court, the Lava/ Ignite nightclub and Hollywood Bowl - opened in December 1999 -were meant to have been built for a design life of at least 60 years, but a report produced less than one year later allegedly found serious defects and recommended extensive remedial works.
